Asymptomatic

Not having or showing any symptoms of a disease or condition.
Origin:
From greek ἀ- (a-), meaning "not" and σύμπτωμα (sýmptōma), meaning "a falling together, a symptom".
Examples:
- The patient was asymptomatic but tested positive for the virus.
- Asymptomatic carriers can still spread the disease.
- The cancer was asymptomatic until it was in advanced stages.
- Asymptomatic hypertension is often referred to as "silent killer" because of lack of symptoms.
- Asymptomatic patients are not usually treated, but monitored for changes.
