The word horoscope comes from the greek words "horoskopos" which means "a look at the hours" or "time observer", it is made up of "horoskopos" (observer of the hour) and "skopos" (watcher or marker). it refers to the astrological chart or diagram representing the positions of the sun, moon, and planets at a particular time and place, used to predict future events or describe a person"s personality and potential.
