Orgasm (noun)

A series of muscular contractions in the genitals, usually accompanied by pleasure and the release of endorphins, occurring as a result of sexual stimulation.

Origin:

Late 19th century: from french orgasme, from greek orgasmos, from orgasthai "be excited, swell with passion".

Examples:

1. During intercourse, both partners usually experience orgasm.
2. She had an orgasm after several minutes of intense stimulation.
3. The man's orgasm was accompanied by ejaculation.
4. She faked an orgasm to end the sexual encounter.
