Partake (verb)

1. Take part in an activity or event; participate.
2. Have or share in something, typically to a limited extent.

Origin:

Late middle english (in the sense "have a share in"): from old french partaker, from partage (see partage).

Examples:

3. The company's profits, in which we all partake.
