Reanimate (verb)

To animate or give life to something again, especially after a period of inactivity or death.

Origin:

Mid 19th century: from re- + animate.

Examples:

1. The scientist reanimated the frog by giving it an electric shock.
2. The old cartoon was reanimated and released as a new film.
3. He attempted to reanimate the old car but it never started.
4. The team reanimated the project by bringing in new ideas.
5. The doctor's attempts to reanimate the patient were unsuccessful.
