Not having been baptized.

Origin:

Late 16th century, from un- + baptized.

Examples:

1. The unbaptized child was not allowed to receive communion.
2. The unbaptized members of the congregation sat in the back pews.
3. Many unbaptized infants die each year in the developing world.
4. The unbaptized couple decided to wait until they had children to be baptized.
