Uncharged (adjective)

Not having an electric charge.

Origin:

From un- (not) + charged (having an electric charge).

Examples:

1. The uncharged particles were attracted to the positively charged ones.
2. He picked up the uncharged crystal and placed it in the charging tray.
3. The uncharged atoms in the gas were ionized by the high energy photons.
4. An uncharged battery won't power the device.
