Not regenerated; not having undergone spiritual rebirth or renewal.
Origin:
Late 16th century; earliest use found in john foxe (1517/18–1587), martyrologist and divine. from un- + regenerate.
Examples:

- The unregenerate state of the society was evident in the widespread poverty and corruption.
