Not having a title.

Origin:

From un- (not) + titled (having a title).

Examples:

1. The book was untitled and the author had not yet chosen a name.
2. The painting was untitled, but it was clear that the artist had put a lot of emotion into it.
3. The sculpture was untitled, but it was a masterpiece.
4. The album was untitled, but it was a hit with the critics.
5. The document was untitled, but it was an important historical record.
