Turd (noun)

A piece of solid excrement.

Origin:

Old english tord, of germanic origin; related to dutch tord "dung", also to tangle.

Examples:

1. The dog left a turd on the lawn.
2. The turd was so big, it wouldn't flush down the toilet.
3. He was so mad that he wanted to drop a turd on their doorstep.
4. The turd was hard and difficult to clean off the shoe.
5. I saw a turd floating in the swimming pool, gross!
